All delegates are assessed and given feedback on current performance. Areas for development are identified and targeted. We teach how to develop confidence in the moment, how to add variety and dynamism to a presentation, how to strike immediate rapport to achieve buy in. The aim of the course is to ensure your team members will always engage, inform and motivate.

Part 1 - 3.5 hours
Part 2 - 30 minutes per delegate -
Part 1
In this session we cover reflection as a means of further growth, high impact ways to start a presentation, structure for planning and augmented preparation techniques. We also spend time on the power of narrative and enhanced mindset.
Please note, only those who have attended the foundation course are eligible.
Part 2
All delegates are given a thirty minute one to one session where they deliver a presentation based on all the learning from the previous session. In this private setting the trainer will take the opportunity to tackle any matters outstanding in a more granular fashion. This is a highly effective forum for next stepping people’s abilities and objectives going forward.
